At the same time the BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India) fined the Captain of KKR skipper Shreyas Iyer 12 lacs rupees because the board found the KKR side guilty of maintaining a slow over rate in the match against Rajasthan Royals this incident took place at Eden Garden in the recent match they had recently.

This offence comes under the IPL Code of Conduct because of this reason board found the KKR team in faults. This is the first time this season KKR team has breached that and didn't maintain the over rate in the match this is why they put the minimum fine charges of Rupees 12 Lacs. It was a depressing day for the Captain of KKR as they lost the match at the very last moment.
