Ranji Trophy 2025 Highlight: Rinku Singh’s highest First Class score of 176 helped Uttar Pradesh to post 460 and claim three points courtesy of a five-run first-innings lead.
Vidarbha vs Baroda
Darshan Nalkande took five wickets to help Vidarbha beat Baroda by 144 runs in Nagpur. Baroda began the day at 73/5, chasing 276, but were bowled out for 131. Only Atit Sheth and Raj Limbani showed some fight with a half-century. Vidarbha now lead Group A.
Saurashtra vs Goa
Parth Bhut picked up seven wickets in the second innings as Saurashtra defeated Goa by an innings and 47 runs. Goa started the day at 77/2 but were bowled out for 180. Saurashtra moved up to fourth in Group B.
Andhra vs Jharkhand
Saurabh Kumar took five wickets to help Andhra win by an innings against Jharkhand. Jharkhand, starting at 34/2, were bowled out for 158 despite a fighting 65 from Sharandeep Singh. Andhra are now second in Group A with 22 points.
Services vs Haryana
Pulkit Narang took five wickets and Amit Shukla added three more (after his 8-wicket haul in the first innings) as Services beat Haryana by 211 runs. Haryana, chasing 378, were bowled out for 166. Services now sit second in Group C with 19 points.
Jammu & Kashmir vs Hyderabad
Abid Mushtaq claimed seven wickets as Jammu & Kashmir crushed Hyderabad by 281 runs. Hyderabad started the day at 169/7 but lasted less than six overs. J&K now hold second place in Group D.
Mumbai vs Puducherry
Despite good knocks from Aman Khan (84) and Siddhant Addhatrao (54), Mumbai thrashed Puducherry by an innings and 222 runs. Puducherry were bowled out for 276, with Tushar Deshpande, Shardul Thakur, and Shams Mulani sharing the wickets. Mumbai top of Group D with 24 points.
Odisha vs Nagaland
Govinda Poddar took five wickets as Odisha beat Nagaland by 299 runs. Chasing 465, Nagaland were bowled out for 165 despite a patient 52 from Dega Nischal. This was Odisha’s first win of the season.
Gujarat vs Uttarakhand
Vishal Jayswal (4 wickets) and Siddharth Desai (3 wickets) helped Gujarat defeat Uttarakhand by 146 runs. Uttarakhand, chasing 344, started at 43/0 but were all out for 197. Aarav Mahajan top-scored with 60.

Uttar Pradesh vs Tamil Nadu
Rinku Singh scored a brilliant 176, his highest first-class score, helping UP take the first-innings lead over Tamil Nadu. UP were bowled out for 460, just ahead of TN’s 455. The match ended in a draw with TN at 103/2 in their second innings.
Delhi vs Rajasthan
Yash Dhull hit a superb 189 to help Delhi draw against Rajasthan after following on. Ayush Doseja added 64, and late resistance from Sumit Mathur and Navdeep Saini ensured the game ended in a stalemate.
Kerala vs Madhya Pradesh
Sachin Baby and Baba Aparajith scored centuries as Kerala declared at 314/5, setting MP a target of 404. MP slipped to 126/8, but Aryan Pandey and Kumar Kartikeya held on for a draw. Kerala stay second in Group B, behind Karnataka.

Chhattisgarh vs Himachal Pradesh
Despite a double century from Ankit Kalsi, Ravi Kiran took six wickets to stop Himachal Pradesh from overtaking Chhattisgarh’s first-innings score of 585/6 declared. Himachal were bowled out for 425. The match ended in a draw with Chhattisgarh at 15/0 in their second innings.
