Kooh Sports Cricket Club Crowned Champions After 24-Run Win Over N E Railways

The grand finale of the tournament took place today between Kooh Sports Cricket Club and N E Railways, and what a thrilling match it turned out to be! With outstanding performances from both teams, it was Kooh Sports Cricket Club who lifted the trophy after a brilliant 24-run victory.
Kooh Sports Cricket Club Sets a Big Target
Batting first, Kooh Sports put up an impressive total of 196 runs in 20 overs. The star of the innings was Ghanshyam Upadhyay, who played a fantastic unbeaten knock of 102 runs in just 54 balls, including 4 boundaries and 9 huge sixes. His power hitting gave the team the boost they needed.
He was well supported by Fahad Ahmad, who added a quick 43 runs off 31 balls. Other small but useful contributions came from Abhishek Rai (13) and Aditya Pratap Singh (13). Despite losing some early wickets, Kooh Sports finished strong thanks to Ghanshyam’s heroics.
On the bowling side, Saved Malik and Trishal Trivedi bowled well, taking 2 wickets each. But the rest of the bowlers found it hard to stop Ghanshyam’s explosive batting.
N E Railways Fought Hard But Fell Short
In reply, N E Railways gave a good fight but couldn’t reach the big target. They ended their innings at 172 runs in 20 overs.
Their top performer was Sahab Yuvraj Singh, who scored a solid 73 runs off 47 balls, hitting 7 fours and 3 sixes. Annu supported him with 27 runs off 17 balls, but the team lost wickets at regular intervals and couldn’t build strong partnerships.
Shahid was the star with the ball for Kooh Sports, picking up 3 important wickets for 33 runs. Rudra Pratap Singh and Aniket Singh took 2 wickets each, helping to break the momentum of N E Railways at crucial times.
With this win, Kooh Sports Cricket Club not only defended their total but also showed great team spirit, strong batting, and disciplined bowling. Their overall performance throughout the tournament was top class, and they truly deserved the championship title.
