UP T20 League Final: The 108 runs opening partnership between Abhishek Goswami and Karan Sharma helps Kashi to clinch the UP20 Title. Kashi Rudras beat Meerut Mavericks by 8 wickets.

The grand finale of the tournament ended with a bang as the Kashi Rudras outplayed the Meerut Mavericks to win the championship by 8 wickets. It was a complete show of power and confidence, with their batting display sealing the deal in style.

Batting first, the Meerut Mavericks scored 144 runs. Their innings had some bright moments, but they kept losing wickets at the wrong time. Akshay Dubey made 17, while Divyansh Rajput added 18. Prashant Chaudhary (37) and Ritik Vats (18) gave the innings some push, but the Rudras’ bowlers never let them settle. Sunil Kumar starred with the ball, taking 3 wickets for 42, while Shivam Mavi and Kartik Yadav picked up 2 wickets each to keep the Mavericks in check.

Chasing 145, the Rudras came out all guns blazing. Openers Karan Sharma and Abhishek Goswami were unstoppable. Karan stole the show with a fiery 65 off just 31 balls, hitting 10 fours and 2 sixes. Goswami played a steady hand, finishing unbeaten on 61. Their partnership took the game away from the Mavericks early on. Even though two wickets fell, the chase was never in doubt. The Rudras stormed to victory at 148/2 in only 15.4 overs.

For the Mavericks, Kartik Tyagi and Yash Garg picked up one wicket each, but nothing could stop the Rudras from lifting the title in style.
