The organisers, Cricket Hong Kong China, officially named Karthik as India’s captain.
Karthik said he was honoured to lead India in a tournament known for its exciting and fast-paced cricket. He shared his excitement about playing with a talented group and promised to entertain fans with fearless cricket. The tournament will take place from November 7 to 9.

The top two teams from each group will move to the quarterfinals. Winners of the quarterfinals will play in the Cup semifinals, while the losing teams will compete in the Plate semifinals. The bottom team from each group will enter the Bowl competition. A total of 29 matches will be played over three days.
